What is PACT?
PACT Prevention Coalition is an organization in St. Johns County whose mission is to make St. Johns County a healthy, substance-free community through the reduction and prevention of alcohol and drug abuse by our youth with Prevention, Advocacy, Choices, and Teamwork.
What is a Coalition?
A coalition is a collection of sectors, or groups of people from diverse disciplines in the community, who come together to address an issue. Our sectors include: youth, parents, education, business, government, faith-based, media, law enforcement, substance abuse/mental health providers, youth serving agencies, healthcare, civic/volunteer groups, and any community resident who is interested in making St. Johns County a better place to live.

In St. Johns County, the 30 day youth alcohol usage rate is 25.6%
In the state of Florida, the 30 day youth alcohol usage rate is 24.6%
In St. Johns County, the 30 day youth marijuana usage rate is 12.5%
In the state of Florida, the 30 day youth marijuana usage rate is 12.4%
